Stories about travel, life, writing and parenting my college-age children (who think they don't need any more parenting). Oh! And the occasional amazing photograph (I like to play pro photographer on vacations.)
How true! The problem seems to be that if you go without a new adventure for too long, you're too scared to try a new adventure. Italy definitely got me out of my home-shell. I'm ready for more adventure!!!
Keeps your brain working too, facing new situations. :)
Hope you're having a great week, Holly! Thanks bunches for catching up on my blog. My satellite internet provider claims we've been using up too much bandwidth and therefore has slowed us down to practically dial-up speed, so I've had to not go blog-visiting to save bandwidth. Plus, some days, it won't even open up anything with lots of photos and fancy pages for me. Grrrr. It's a downside of living in the boonies.

And that it is!
Amelia would say that. I'm still trying to get a taste for adventure. I'm pretty much a home-lover.

This is so true. Thanks for the inspiration today! I got your email, but I'm having a bit of tough week. I'll get back to you soon though.
